GDSI Reply All Protector
This add-in for Microsoft Outlook, alerts users to their selection of "Reply to All" button of an e-mail., reducing the chance of sending an e-mail to an undesired recipient. Once a user chooses "Reply to All" a series of evaluations occur as configured by the Administrator. Evaluations include Recipients Domain, Distribution Groups, BCC checks, and more. Administrators configure the settings on one workstation, and then push it to all workstations through the registry.
Reply All Protector™ reduces embarrassing mistakes by applying logic and notifications to the "Reply to All" button of Outlook.
