GDSI has completed Web Based Integration Modules for Client Profiles and Microsoft CRM for Legal. Additional web based integration development forthcoming!
In August of 2010, GDSI completed Client Profiles v10 Integration with iManage, and Microsoft CRM for Legal (CRM4Legal) Integration for iManage.
The integration module gives users the power to access iManage documents from within either Client Profiles v10 or Microsoft CRM For Legal through a web interface. In addition, the integration allows users to assign an iManage document link to a CP and CRM entity.
The product requires the Autonomy iManage Web component server.
