Rounding off the GDSI Essentials for iManage suite of must-have solutions for iManage firms, Print List provides an effortless way to inventory and print lists of documents within folders.

Print List is the easy – and only - way to print a complete list of folder content, or to create content reporting for tasks such as litigation hold, where content of a folder with associated metadata in a single spreadsheet can prove invaluable. Print List gives administrators the means to readily identify and log any changes to folder contents.

Users have the power to right-click on a folder and choose Print List. Microsoft Excel will open automatically and the documents contained within the folder will appear as a list in an Excel spreadsheet, along with predefined profile metadata.

• Queue for Deletion – Removes documents from users view, giving IT the final say on the whether or not a document is to be deleted.
