Queue for Deletion™ provides users with the ability to flag a WorkSpace, Tab, Folder, and Document for deletion without having to involve IT!

GDSI Queue for Deletion

GDSI Queue for Deletion

Queue for Deletion™ gives users the means to flag iManage content for deletion.

This add-in for Autonomy's DeskSite and FileSite, allows users to right-click on a WorkSpace, Tab, Folder, series of documents, or document and choose to Queue for Deletion. Within a five minute window (time can be modified) the documents will no longer be visible to the user. Though the document(s) are not deleted, they are not available to the user. IT administrators can then delete the queued documents manually by using WorkSite Monitor or some other WorkSite deletion process.

Since documents are not truly deleted until the IT administrator allows the document to be deleted, it be can be "restored" using our administrative application.

This is an indispensible tool for firms that need to provide users with the ability to delete one or more documents without having to involve IT.

GDSI Queue for Deletion™ provides a simple way to remove documents from the user’s view in just one simple click!
