This document-stamp add-in utility for Microsoft Word allows users to place Autonomy WorkSite metadata (e.g., Doc #, Version #, Client, Matter, etc.) into the header or footer of documents. Users may choose to place the ProfileInfo stamp into documents automatically or, place it manually after a Save As. The ProfileInfo stamp can be turned on and off, so users can choose to print without displaying the ProfileInfo stamp. Profiles are configured for each user making it possible for a single legal assistant to support multiple attorney document configurations. ProfileInfo settings travel with the document thus keeping the original settings.
