GDSI Notification - Folder Edition
This add-in for Autonomy's DeskSite and FileSite, allows IT users to define notification distribution lists for selected folders. Users can also choose to define when the notification should occur based on events:
- Addition of a document
- Modifications to a document
- Removal of a document
Notifications come in the form of an e-mail. We will support any SMTP system. Notifications can be automatically created using our GDSI SynchSite integration module. This is an indispensible tool for firms that need to provide client-side notifications for collaboration amongst users on specific matters.
