This add-in for Autonomy's DeskSite and FileSite, allows IT administrators to define rules preventing users from creating public or private folders within a folder of a WorkSpace. Rules are defined as follows:

1. The user is part of a WorkSite Security Group
2. Custom fields with specific values
3. The user is part of a Role assigned to a Custom field

Using our interface, Administrators configure settings on one workstation, and push these settings to all or select workstations through the registry. This indispensible tool gives firms the control to provide select users the ability to create sub-folders, while preventing others from creating folders.
