This add-in for Autonomy's DeskSite and FileSite, allows IT administrators and team leaders to add folders to existing WorkSpaces from templates. WorkSpace Builder installs with two different interfaces. The Administrator interface gives IT Professionals the ability to create Templates, WorkSpaces, Folders and Tabs, as well as setting all metadata properties for the WorkSpace and its essential objects. The WorkSpace Builder User Interface provides a mechanism for users to choose from predesigned WorkSpaces, tabs and folders set by the Administrator, when creating a WorkSpace. This is an indispensible tool for firms that need to provide users with the ability to change or create WorkSpaces.
