The newly released ImportSite™ 2.0 utility for Autonomy DeskSite and FileSite provides users and system administrators with the power to import documents, folders, and folder structures, into iManage en-mass from a networked location in one easy step. Users and Administrators utilizing ImportSite™ can drag and drop many different source folders and their contents, or just the structures themselves, into many different iManage locations in a single import. Additionally, if the iManage location needs to have folder structures added prior to the document import, the user can do this from within ImportSite™ prior to import. Once an import process has begun, users can minimize the process and continue other workstation tasks. Without ImportSite™, users can only import a single document at a time.
