The recently updated SendSite™ 2.0 add-in for Microsoft Outlook adds powerful features for the iManage user seeking to save e-mails directly into Autonomy WorkSite. SendSite™ continues to provide the ability to iManage users to save an e-mail into a WorkSpace Folder.
And as before, SendSite™ also adds a luggage tag to the e-mail so that when the user receives a reply, a simple click will save the e-mail in the same iManage location as the originating e-mail. As long as the luggage tag remains on the e-mail, future replies can be saved with a single click into the iManage location. SendSite's newest features add additional convenience features which include the "SendSite Import" button, which resides not just in the Outlook Toolbar, but also in individual e-mails.
iManage users utilizing the "SendSite Import" button within an e-mail, can save the e-mail directly into iManage without having to drag and drop, or close the e-mail. SendSite™ also offers users the ability to import e-mails en-masse from within Outlook, without navigating in Outlook. SendSite™ offers all of this functionality without the additional costs of a server, as it is a client based application. Since SendSite is an additional button in Outlook, users also benefit by choosing which e-mails will be saved in iManage. SendSite™ is the most cost effective solution in the iManage software solutions world for saving e-mails into iManage 'on the go'.
