GDSI ImportSite Mail 2.0
The newly released ImportSite Mail™ 2.0 represents the vast improvement in GDSI software design and capabilities. ImportSite Mail™ is a standalone add-in for Autonomy WorkSite that give users and system administrators the power to import Exchange and PST e-mail into iManage. By improving the user interface, ImportSite Mail™ gives the user an obvious and intuitive means of importing many e-mail source locations into many iManage locations on a single import. And if the import location within iManage needs to be created prior to the import, a user can do this from within ImportSite Mail™.
ImportSite Mail™ gives the user the means to import an unlimited number of e-mails, e-mail attachments, folders, and folder structures, or just the folder structures themselves in a single import. E-mails can be imported in a Matter Centric or Classic environment, and are recreated in WorkSite following the Exchange/PST folder structure.
Without ImportSite Mail™, users must drag and drop e-mails from Outlook folders into folders which slows down the workstation and has many limitations. Plus, with the new release of ImportSite Mail™ system administrators can provide a more simple user interface for the end user desktop environment.
